When you place an order online, you will receive an e-mail confirmation containing your order details. Payment will be authorized from your account. We try to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible either the same or following working day, however, delays to occur sometimes due to stock shortage or delays in postal or courier services. (Please Note: Saturday and Sunday and Bank Holidays are not working days). If you have not received your goods within 10 days after your order has been placed then please contact us via phone or e-mail with your order details: email@example.com. If you fail to inform us that you have not received your order within one month of the order date and your order status is shipped we will not be able to resend or refund the order.
If breakages occur in transit, we will gladly exchange the affected goods. The procedure is as follows: Inform Creative Alternatives as soon as you receive a product that is broken (It is important that you do this as soon as you can).
